Live Grandscape includes 345 units in its first phase, consisting of studios, one and two-bedroom apartments and two penthouse suites. Construction is underway on the 419,000-square-foot tower with leasing and move-in dates slated for 2021. Lyon construction is responsible for installation of all guardrails (Glass infill panels) on prescient balconies.
